What is Estrella Mouth?

Estrella Natural Oral Care is a US-based natural oral hygiene products company. We strive to provide our customers with all-natural, easy, and holistic alternatives to improve their oral hygiene, whiten their smiles and improve their gut health!

Every ingredient that we put into our products is organic, vegan, and was never tested on animals. Rest assured that Estrella Mouth has your back in this crazy world of false advertising and ‘viral’ whitening products that not only harm your teeth but leave your teeth unhealthy and dehydrated. Our top priority is to leave your smile whiter and more importantly, healthier!

What makes Estrella different than all the other ‘flashy’ teeth whitening companies out there?

We’re so glad you asked! First off, we’re nothing like them because we are NOT a teeth whitening company. Sure our Blanco toothpaste does contain activated charcoal that will whitening your teeth, however we are focused on much more than that.

Our products are all-natural with a supreme focus on a holistic oral hygiene approach. Most whitening companies provide you harmful chemicals or treatments that dehydrate your teeth and mouth which ends up hurting your oral hygiene. Estrella is focused on our product’s impact on not only your mouth, but your gut health as well. After all, they are uniquely connected.

How soon should I expect my order to arrive?

All orders take 1-2 business days to be processed. During high order volumes and holidays, this processing time may be extended if necessary.

All our shipments are sent through USPS First Class so most domestic orders take about 2-4 days to arrive at their destination.

All international orders vary in shipping times due to the destination. Our warehouse is in Los Angeles, CA so please estimate shipping times from this origin location. For reference, an Estrella shipment from Los Angeles to Australia takes over 9 business days week from shipment date.

Please note:

- We cannot express ship to a FPO/APO address and PO BOXES within USA and Canada

- United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia orders must include a Po Box Number

Your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the above-mentioned delivery estimates. This may result in your order being rejected at customs. Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once the shipment reaches your country. Estrella is not responsible for any custom clearance charges; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note, Estrella does not refund shipping charges for packages that are undeliverable or refused/unclaimed by customers.

My order arrived damaged or I am missing a part of the order, what do I do?

Please click the ‘Contact Us’ link in the footer menu and you be able to send us a message via our chat window. Someone from our customer service team will reach out to you as soon as possible to correct the situation and or address any other issues with the order. Rest assured we take upmost responsibility for damages during shipping and we will compensate and take corrective actions immediately :)
